IT TECHNICIAN

37 hpw, Term Time Only

Salary Grade C, SCP 2-4 £17,711-£18,426 pro rata

(The position on the scale will be dependent upon relevant experience)

Start date 7th September 2020

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Technician to work within the  small ICT support team providing technical support, guidance and maintenance services.  The successful candidate will have the ability to problem solve and offer practical skills in an approachable and friendly manner.  Formal IT experience is not necessarily required, but a helpful attitude working as part of this small integral team is, as is the capacity to work across different sites.  Training and support will be offered to this new member of the team.  This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the latest technology in a dynamic school environment.

EXAMINATIONS INVIGILATORS

Seasonal to coincide with exams, variable and on an on-demand basis

Grade C (pro-rata) £9.18 per hour

Key elements of the role: Team working, room preparation, paper and stationery distribution, taking attendance registers, supervising students, enforcing regulations, reporting disruption/incidents, follow instructions, punctual, reliable, flexible, good written and speaking skills.

Training: Training will be provided and is a compulsory requirement for the role. Successful candidates will be required to attend the next available training session.
