We believe that every student who has a reasonable prospect of being graded and awarded a certificate at GCSE, or in other appropriate public examinations, should be entered at the end of Year 11. We shall not enter students if such an entry is completely unrealistic, insufficient effort and progress have been made or if inadequate or insufficient coursework has been produced. In very special circumstances a student may be entered early for an examination in certain subjects.

If students fail to complete the necessary coursework or fail to attend their final examination without a doctor's certificate, they will be expected to reimburse the school for the cost of their entry fee for that subject.
