Artsmark Silver Award

The school has been awarded the Arts Council’s Silver Artsmark in recognition of our commitment to the Arts.

Scalby School is a popular school for students of all abilities aged 11-16, serving the north of Scarborough and surrounding villages.

We believe in the potential of all our young people and value each individual, wherever their strengths may lie. We believe you will find us a happy, friendly learning community, which will give your son or daughter many opportunities for success.

Through our specialist status as Technology College, we aim for our school to be a palce where students are challenged, encouraged and supported in their achievments. This helps them become confident, eager to learn and well prepared for 21st century Further Education or employment.
