Scalby School has defined admission zone, although parents are entitled to apply to any secondary school of their choice. A good percentage of students who attend Scalby School live outside the traditional admission zone.

Application to register a preference must be made to the local Education Offices. If your child attends a local Primary School and is in his/her final year, the Education Office will contact you and offer you a choice. The deadline for applications this year is 31st October 2009.
